Established in 1999, Cornerstone Schools is an independent school offering small class sizes, individualized instruction, and a learning environment that fosters success for all children.

Campus

Carved out of the rolling wooded hills of North Georgia, the Cornerstone Schools' campus has been planned to utilize its 18 acres to best advantage for our students. Cornerstone Schools is close to Cumming, Georgia, near Lake Lanier, just minutes from GA-400, exit 17. The state-of-the-art pre-school building was opened in Spring 2000 serving infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and kindergarteners. A 75-foot competition outdoor swimming pool and cabana was added in spring 2001 offering swimming lessons throughout the summer months and daily swimming to campers. The school swim team practices and competes during the summer months.

Our new elementary building opened in March 2003. This two-story building ll includes school offices, classrooms, library, cafeteria/auditorium/gym, health clinic, fully appointed kitchen, teachers’ lounge, elevator and entry/exits on both floors.

In October 2005 our third building opened. It presently has 3rd through eigth grade, a computer lab, art & science room, auditorium and music room,a spanish roomandan additional library and dinning area. Plans have already begun on the junior high school building which will eventually house 6^th -9^th graders.
